The staff is amazing and very attentive, caring for individual wishes and preferences. The location is superb, offering quiet and peaceful surroundings with views of Volcan Osorno. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The huge windows in the rooms provided a fantastic view, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning unit above the bed could blow cold air directly, making it a bit chilly at times, especially in the evenings.
