The hotel rooms are big, topped off by a fantastic view and everything you need, although it can get hot in the evening. The staff is amazing and very attentive, caring for individual wishes and preferences. The location is superb, offering quiet and peaceful surroundings with views of Volcan Osorno. The dining experience, highlighted by their risotto, is wonderful. Service and facilities are fantastic overall, making it a great stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The huge windows in the rooms provided a fantastic view, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning unit above the bed could blow cold air directly, making it a bit chilly at times, especially in the evenings.
